scoping hearing for epcal/rechler project

Description: The Town of Riverhead, as lead agency,has determined that the proposed Major Subdivision and site plan for REPCALL LLC may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared.The action involves 300 acres of land within the land zoned Light Industrial. The project will be known as the Rechler Center for Business and Technology. The scoping hearing will give the public the opportunity to state what issues should be examined in the DEIS.
